About Position
Position Strength and Fitness is a private 1-2-1 gym. We provide bespoke and top quality private sessions in Strength, Fitness and Olympic Weightlifting. Each session will be taken and run by an experienced women coach with a background of competitive Olympic Weightlifting, Powerlifting and Crossfit.
This gym will be perfect for those who are lacking in confidence and do not want to train in a commercial gym.
